1.How does the Click N' Go Daily Journal work?
The Click N' Go Daily Journal has been set up in a survey format, for the quickest and easiest possible daily entries. Setting up your journal is easy; just fill out some simple information about yourself and you are on your way. Everyday you will get an email reminding you to fill out your journal, and every entry is stored for later use.

2.How does health tracking through this journal help me?
Health tracking by keeping a journal of your simple daily lifestyle choices, such as eating habits, amount of sleep you get, exercise, stress levels, etc. and then also by adding text for special situations that might make a day particularly unique (such as taking a new medication, or a stressful situation at work or home), will, over time, allow you to see how these daily choices or events are affecting your health. You will be able to see in a graph how your overall health is being affected by these different daily choices and events. You can print out these graphs and share them with your doctor to get even more help as to what changes you might need to make.

3.You said HealthSitter.com provides health tracking in a survey format, what do you mean?
The Click N' Go daily journal asks you to describe what you have done throughout the day by asking about: sleep (in hours), exercise (in minutes), a rating of how stressful your day was, relaxation (in minutes), red meat servings, fruit servings, vegetable servings, dairy servings, water intake, junk food servings, caffeine servings, two optional items to track, weight (an optional input), overall health, and the option of inputing a memo. Below is a guide to explain how you should track each option (keep in mind, if you are uncertian of what an item means when you are filling out the journal, just click on the item in the box and a description will appear):
- Sleep (hours): You can choose to add up broken sleep (where you slept for an hour, were up for an hour, then slept five hours) and just say you slept 6 hours, or you can only count unbroken blocks of sleep (in this case it would be 5 hours). However you choose to estimate the amount of hours you sleep, just be sure to stay consistent with that format.
- Exercise (minutes): When tracking exercise, check the box closest to the amount of time you spent actually exercising. If you worked out for 52 minutes and you feel that this is closer to an hour than 45 minutes, then check the 60 minute box. Just try and stay consistent. Any exercise over 75 minutes will count as the 75+.
- Stress (rated): Only you know the amount of stress that is normal in your daily activities, it is best to base your rating off of that. Whenever you feel absolutely no stress (no challenges, no obstacles, etc.) give yourself a 0. Make your normal amount of stress a 3, and then rate daily according to whether you had more or less than that normal amount.
- Relaxation (minutes): Track relaxation experienced based on your normal perception of relaxing. Whether it is through meditation, yoga, or watching a very funny movie to unwind, you should rate your relaxation according to the amount of time in which you are at a certain level of peace. That level of peace is solely up to your interpretation.
- Red Meat Intake (serving): Usually with meats, 6oz is considered one serving. But it is more important that you use your own judgment and then just stay consistent with what you decide to define as a "serving".
- Fruit Intake (servings): These would be either fresh fruits, or freshly squeezed fruit juices but prepackaged fruit juices do not count. However you decide to measure (one banana or apple equals one serving, a handful of grapes equals one serving, etc.) just stay consistent.
- Vegetable Intake (servings): You might count a serving as how much you could fit into the palm of your hand, or you might count it as a third of the dinner plate you normally use. You choose what works best for you and then measure this way from now on. Freshly squeezed vegetable juices can count, but not prepackaged types that you would find in a store.
- Dairy (servings): Dairy can come from many different items like a glass of milk, cheese, salad dressings, yogurts, creamers and more. Do the best you can to measure consistently. If you have ranch on your salad, you might count it as a serving. If you have 3 or 4 slices of pizza you might want to count this as 2 servings. It's all up to you, the important thing is to be honest with yourself and consistent.
- Water Drank (servings): When tracking water, a serving would be an 8oz glass (or something close to it). Water is very important for health, so try and track your intake the best you can.
- Junk Food (servings): Junk foods would generally be defined as foods that have been over processed and are full of empty calories. No one has to see your journal if you choose not to share it, so please keep in mind it is VERY important to be honest about the types of foods you eat, especially junk foods.
- Caffiene (servings): When tracking caffeine, a serving can be a cup of coffee, tea, or a caffeinated soft drink. You might want to count energy drinks or espressos as two or three servings (depending on their size and caffeine amounts).
- Optional 1: This option is for you to really personalize this journal! Whatever it is in your life that you need to track, (pain levels, headaches, new medications started, new treatments started, etc.) this is the location to track one of them. Just make sure to document what it is you are tracking on your Profile page.
- Optional 2: This is the same as Option 1, please use these options to track things in your life that might be either helping or hurting you. You might even consider asking your doctor if there is anything specific they would like you to track.
- Weight (optional): You can enter your weight in pounds. This field does not have to be entered if you do not want to record this information, but can be useful while monitoring many health conditions and/or goals.
- Overall Health (rating):Overall health is your evaluation of how you felt throughout the day. It can be directed at a specific health challenge (i.e. arthritis or fibromyalgia) or the mind body connection that you individually have. The most important thing is to be consistent in your evaluation, so you may get the most from your entries.
- Memo (optional): Make a short note of special events that happened on this date.
